Twelve courageous souls travelled from Sanctuary of Acworth, GA to Burayu and Ambo, Ethiopia to serve the children and guardians in the Because of Kennedy Child Development and Family Empowerment Program. This team sought to teach the children that Jesus Loves Them, Jesus Saved Them, Jesus Wants to Know Them, and Jesus Wants Them to Follow Him. This team poured out their love for these children and guardians by playing, singing, holding, and caring for them. They truly did live and love like Jesus, which is the Vision of Sanctuary. This team also helped with the Self-Help training for the guardians, by providing practical financial training, building self esteem, and telling the guardians about Jesus. This team invited these guardians into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ; at least six women accepted this invitation!
